The designation for a Flat Welded Screen is for instance: 22S/Q35 - 70
22S = surface wire
Q35 = support wire
70 = distance between support wires in mm

Max. support profile length: 3000 mm

Standard finish:
flattening
cutting width and length to fit required size
Optional finish:
deburring
post-machining for tighter tolerances
degreasing and pickling
Flat Welded Screens Frames and reinforcements
Flat Welded Frames can be welded onto frames or be reinforced by Longjia. This is available on request.
Final products manufactured with flat screens
Basically the same products are manufactured with flat screens as with flat welded screens. If for strength reasons the pitch of the support profiles has to be decreased Flat Screens are used instead of the Flat Welded Screens.
